Hauppauge PVR USB2

Don't you know anything a little bit cheaper, I was thinking to buy something around of the 60€ or 40GBP.
Thanks. -
You will pay in frustration and time spent.
More detail about your plans may help. What are you trying to do? -
And don't know anything a little bit cheaper but with good quality just like Hauppauge WinTV PVR-usb2 but cheaper.
Edit: I mean, I'm alreddy paying in frustration when i see this price(if I had a job I would buy it right a way, but I'm a minor
)

PVR-150 is an internal version of that family and is cheaper. Avoid the MCE version unless you have a MCE computer. The MCE version doesn't include the software you will need.

The issues to consider for other products. Is your time worth spending more now to reduce future frustration and poor quality results?
Or are you only wanting simple minimal quality that is OK for a computer window but poor on a TV? -
I have a DVD recorder, so I want something simple to record some TV programs when I'm on vacations or out of my house, and I want something external.
P.S. I tought I could use something that I could connect to my TV, not my computer, so correct me if I'm wrong but I think the first suggestion you made to me was something that I nedded to connect to my computer. -

I've been assuming you want something that actually works. Experiment and report back.

In a nutshell, the PVR USB2 is the cheapest one that works. There are other more expensive ones that are also good, IE: Ulead makes a usb2 that is pretty good, but costs more... When you find a model that you think interests you, read some reviews and see what others think about it.
