    there is a file uploaded onto up-file.com but I dont know where to click download on the page, has anyone used it before?

    this is not enough information. What is it you are trying to download? Most of the videos on that site are pirated. If this is what you are trying to download you will not get any help here.

    doesnt matter then, it was video of world cup 98 matches but i need thing straight forward not complicated.

    If that site has copyrighted material that would violate our AUP, even if the file he is trying to find isn't one, he shouldn't post a link to it here.
