    You can do quite a bit with DVD-Lab Studio and DVD-Lab Pro for a fraction of the price. Both have free trial periods so you can play around with them.

    And you can do even more if you plan ahead and make some of the transition videos in your NLE.

    I do all transitions and motion menu videos this way, and just use DLP to bring it all together.

    Are you using Encore, or have you just seen something done using it and want to replicate it elsewhere ?

    The other thing to remember is that no software is a substitute for skill and time. It is just a tool.
