  1. I*ve made the transision to my MacPro and over all it went very smoothly
its well worth for all to keep there eye on one of these $$$$ permiting

I went from two G4duals one my fathers and one mine to this

I almost got a variety of G5's but waited

    I consider myself very lucky

now the questions: is iMovieHD the "iMovie 6" and it does all that imovie 4 did? is there any need for iMovie 4 as thats still on my computer?

cheers and thanks for all the continued help

You don't need iMovie 4 anymore on the Mac Pro - it's a PPC app anyway.

you'll need it to finalize any hanging projects.
Once you open the projects in iMovieHD,
they won't open in any other iMovie.

  4. Ill keep it in the Apps out of the dock

Ive started using iMovie HD and it no longer segments into 9 minute chunks

those made it easy to time line and edit

Ill have to scrouge for the imove 6 book now!

spend more on the books than the comp as the books keep adding up!

    cheers and thanks
