    I am using AutoGK to convert my vob files to avi's. The vob files look sort of wide screen (perfect) when I play them, but when I convert the vob files to avi they are no longer widescreen looking that are now square and look wrong, what can I do?

    Are avi non wide screen only?

    Your AVIs should look OK if you don't do any special resizing on your own. What do you use to playback the AVI when it looks like having the wrong aspect ratio? Tried it on your TV?
    You could also try avi.net for your VOB to AVI needs. Does the same as AutoGK, but using a slightly different procedure.
