vobsub not working

while encoding my vid in tmpgenc vobsub usually pops up in the bottom right toolbar. but now for some reason it isnt. i named the vid and sub file the same and put them in the same folder. iono whats wrong.

does vobsub work if you play it with wmp?
tried change the directshow reader priority in tmpgenc?

nope it doesnt work when i play it in wmp but it works fine on other movie players. and the directshow reader priority is already change to the highest priority
