Two Error Messages - System.NullReferenceException - Need Help

Two days ago, I received an error message when trying to burn 10 mpg files as a DVD. See Attached Combined error messages. Contained therein is Error Message 08/3/2006. It read
Type: System.NullReferenceException
Source: SVCD2DVD
Message: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

Today I tried from scratch to make a new project of the same 10 mpg files. I got only to enter the assets, enter the VTS and name all the files. I was trying to set up the Menu items, went back to the Movies screen to look at the file names and then received the
attached Error Message.

See Attached Combined error messages. Contained therein is Error Message 09/01/2006. I did not get to burn the files yet. It read:
Type: System.NullReferenceException
Source: System.Windows.Forms
Message: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

Is there a bug in the program or is something wrong with my system? I did find others had this problem in the Forum but did not find the solution. Can you help?

CAn you attach the log file from the first error? The log files are created in the logs folder under where you installed the program.
