I recently asked for an updated drivers disc from Hauppauge to use with my pvr-250. All seems well and good, thus far. I did a clean install of my OS, then my usual software , and finally installing the Hauppauge drivers last.
I imported my previous channels, and custom recording settings(thanks to those here who helped with some new customs). I made a few TEST recordings to see how the new drivers worked , and now my capture folder is full of .img files in association with the .mpg's. Are these needed now? Do the .img's interfere with authoring the file to dvd?
Just wondering if anyone else has dealt with this. I emailed Hauppauge about this , but that was last week.![]()
Any help is greatly appreciated.
Thanks
