Adobe Encore Question

I for some reason can not get Adobe Encore 2.0 to stay under disc capacity for a 4.7 dvd.

I have taken every video asset out and it said I had 4.66 gb of free space. So I used TMPEGc Xpress to convert and changed the compression to only take up about 3.9 gb of space on a 4.7

Whenever I import it into adobe and link to buttons it reaches 4.78 and says it's over disc capacity in the Check Project task.

Is there a way to get it under???????????

It maybe wants to reencode the audio(to uncompressed pcm)? Check audio compressions settings in encore.
