Norton Ghost Image Problems

Recently Norton Ghost 2003 image had error decompressing image during restore attempt even though it had passed integrity check when it was created. Luckily I had coppied the image file to another location which restored fine. Has anyone else had this problem, and do you know if it's Ghost related, Windows or drive problem? BTW http://shop4.outpost.com/product/4833830 has Norton Ghost 10 and Partition Magic 8 free after rebate if anybody's interested.

it looks like you've got your answer there. the medium from which the first image was restored or the path it had to travel had some sort of problem if the second place it was copied to restored just fine.
