    Hello,

    I would like to be able to stream video from one computer over the internet to another. What is the best software to do this? I run Windows XP!

    windows media encoder! click on it for a guide, you can stream from files or a capture card.

    you can also use vlc, use the builtin wizard guide for streaming (file->wizard).
