Hi I just got a copy of a asian movie that was split into 2 dvd's ... since then I got ahold of the original IFO and BUP. Can someone tell me how to convert it back to the original format.

Thanks in advance, please let me know if I should of posted this in a different section.

The person that gave me the original IFO and BUP said you could do this...but lost communicating with him now, so I'm stuck!

    thx

    Hi..

Well it can be hard to get it back to its original state.

But you can join the 2 dvds into one using DVD shrink..

And get the movie on one DVD, but without any menus

  7. DVDRemake Pro can do it:

Doing it on your own might turn out to be pretty tricky.

So DVDRemake can change it back to the original IFO?

  10. It'll put the 2 halves back together again, so you can burn the complete movie to a DVD-9. I expect the IFOs it turns out will be somewhat different from the original ones.

Did you even bother to read the guide to which I linked? Just to make it easy for you, here are the first 2 sentences:
In this guide we will show how to merge two DVD disks which were created when one DVD9 was split into two DVD5 disks. Of course splitted disks had menus and we would like to keep menus (chapters selection, etc) in merged disk.
