I am using VirtualVCR and I have noticed that in the audio I can hear what sounds like static in my captures. I am capturing from video that was recorded to my DirecTV DVR so I can redo it. I have tried other software, including the ATI software and IUVCR and there is no static. Also, when I play the original again, there is no static. I have concluded the problem is with VirtualVCR. Has anyone else had this problem ?
Thanks !!

Okay I have solved the problem, apparently if I do not compress the audio, the static goes away. I was compressing the audio using PCM 48000 768 kbs. Anyway that is what was causing the problem.
