I'm encoding my files with cce before authoring them to DVD. All my assets are currently interlaced. Do I need to checkmark deinterlacing or can I leave them interlaced? I'm not sure about this. Would my TV show the interlacing if I burn the files interlaced? Or is this just a phenomenon you see on PC monitors and I don't have to worry about deinterlacing?

If the HDTV needs to deinterlace, it will and do a better job of it most times.
