have bunch of home videos that I converted to DiVX because of it's small size and good quality. I am desperately trying to burn these videos to a DVD. I tried a program that someone told me to use call Cucusoft. It is a DiVX to DVD converter and burner. It does not work well. The video is sluggish and the audio choppy. Can someone help me out with the best way to acheive this? Thanks in advance for your help.

ConvertXtoDVD is the easiest solution, however if you really want quality you will go back to the source. Divx/Xvid may look ok, but they usually are full of artifacts that really show up when converted to DVD.

If the videos were converted properly to Divx, then I would second ConvertXToDVD. You can't really get back what is lost, but it does a decent job.

And kman22, as guns1inger mentioned, if you want to move a post, contact or PM a Mod. I'll delete the other post.

I don't have a real problem with a little loss of sharpness.. but when I use CUCUSoft, it is sluggish but not on an obvious level... just seems like I have a buzz while I'm watching it. Does that make sense?
