    Hi i have a .VB audio file and i was wondering if there where any programs which can convert this to mp3 or wav?

    Are you sure the file extension is .VB? I've never heard of it before (but then again, I don't know every audio format!)

    im sure its a .VB file, there is this guide on how to decode the file but im not sure how to do it so could someone make the instructions clearer?

    I just looked at those directions. They seem simple enough. But maybe not for someone who has never used command lines.
