    Does anyone know how to convert a NTSC vhs to a PAL vhs.

    One possible that I've thought about is that I could capture the NTSC vhs to the computer in PAL mode and recorded it back to a vcr(NTSC vcr). Does that work?

    yes that will work, but you will have the same old problem that happens when ever you try to convert any type of movie from NTSC to PAL or vice versa, just make sure you capture into PAL.. Im not sure if you can record it back onto an NTSC vcr..? It may be possible.

    also if you just hook up 2 VCRs, one ntsc and one thats capable of recording into PAL it would be easier. either way heh.
