  1. Hi. I have an FLV file, i wanna convert to DivX, using Super. Well, I don't know if Super is installed correctly, because I am running my pc at 2 gigabytes, and the conversion process has taken 20 minutes so far. Does it usually take this long? I am converting it to DivX to play on my Archos Gmini 400 video player. The video is a music one, only 4 minutes long. Anyone wanna gimme a few tips on speeding things up?

Super uses mencoder or ffmpeg right? That would mean that it can't encode with DivX or output divx media files.

Encoding time depends on the length of the file, resolution, output settings, etc.

you can use Dr. DivX to convert FLV's to either divx or avi files, you can also use Tmpgenc Express(need to instal ffdshow and set it to decode FLV1 and install FLV Splitter for Tmpgenc Express to convert flv)
I love it when a plan comes together!
