Hello all--
I'm attempting to transfer via my VCR using WinDV. I got the program up, everything is hooked up right, in fact I can see the video when I pulled up ScenalyzerLive, which I'm not trying to use now as it's just too hard to figure out at the moment. But in WinDV, no signal is coming through--just a black screen. This is probably ridiculously easy, but I'm just starting out. Any suggestions?
Theresa

You have to click the capture button to start the DV transfer, which should turn on your device display. If that fails, unplug the unit from your computer, wait 10 seconds and plug in. If that fails, reboot.
WinDV does not have any sound while in use, but sound IS being transferred.
