    is there any program which can import ac3 files and edit them and then encode as mp3, ac3 ...etc.
    I'm using vegas 6 but it can't import ac3 files



    is there anyone who can help me?

    Use besweet or similar to convert them to wav, edit to your heart's content in pretty much anything, then re-encode as mp3.
