i have a 100 datawrite Gray DVD-r with a black spot on disks the first 60 disc
burned ok but the last 3 discs had a black spot on the burn side of the
disc, they play ok and nero says they have no prods, would it be best
to reburn the disc?

IMHO
I sure would reburn the discs unless they are for one time viewing right away. They'll become unreadable in a relatively short time.
