Norcent DP 501-m, frozen tray.

some how my drive is stuck and wont eject the tray. I opened up the DVD player got to the drive opened up the case and looked at it to see that it was stuck open. I pushed back the tray, and it clicked into place, pretty much would not move. I pulled the tray back out from the locked into place position only to find that I was back at square one. I tried to see if the drive would open in the locked position, when booting up, it doesn't open still.. how can I repair this? Has anyone ran into a problem like this? is it fixable?
Did any other manufacture make a rebadged LiteOn LVD-2001? Does anyone know of a specific drive that I can buy and just hook up to the main board? Norcent doesn't support this dvd player anymore.. I'm sure they could fix it, but it would cost alot of money which I don't have.
Does anyone know of a dvd player that has all of the features that the LiteOn LVD-2001 and Norcent DP 501-m have? I specificly want the x/y zoom feature for either all media or just .avi format which this only supports.

so.. I fixed the broken tray, now when I power it on it just opens the drive and closes it..
What kind of places would fix a dvd player? around how much money do you think it would cost to get it repaired?
They don't make these anymore.. I really wish they did... anyone have any clues to where I could find the lvd 2001 and 2002 or norcent dp501-m?
