    Whenever i capture a clip the sound is muffled and sounds awfull yet when i watch tv normally from my computer the sound is excellent. I have used both the supplied cable from the capture card to my line-in on my sound card and from the left/right audio channels from my video into my line-in. All the sound is correct in the system setup. Help. I could post a sample if you want.....

    I had the same problem. if you are running win2k you have to run the file off the cd called audiosel.exe and it will allow you to selct the correct audio source for capture.
