    i already have the make shift cameras

    that is a good question!

    ah let me see. I would like to feed it to a select group obviously which should not be comprised of more than 20 persons. Where? on the tv or broadcasted on the internet. Preferrably broadcasting it over the internet since that seems more appropriate for me. I just want to know want is required.

    the resolution, i don't expect to be to high, i would try to use a compression format like mov if its possible, so i think 384 by the other dimension i can not remember that resolution off hand.

    other than WME, is there any other programs that can do video streaming because i am told that Microsoft products are not top notch

    If you want some pro stuff, look at Windows Media server, and RealVideo...
