DVD is freezing on dvd player where is the problem ?

Hi

I created a DVD using Ulead DVD movie factory
prior to the creation I converted the video using tmpgenc
When I play the mpg2 on my computer it play with no problem
When I play the DVD just created with ulead dvd player on my computer everythig play fine
But when I play the dvd on my home dvd player on my tv the dvd freeze a lot of time ang the picture gets blurry which make me think that the problem is with my dvd player but it can play my other 50 dvd with no problem at all (which have been made with the exact same kind of DVD-R

Can it be the buring, the DVD, the player ... I have no clue

Does anyone have an idea ?

Sounds like cheap media. Computer DVD burners are much better about playeing troublesome media than standalones are.

I re-burn the same data on another DVD-R and it play with no problem on my dvd player
