What is a good site to learn about Hex editing?

Hex editing is easy anyway.
All you need is a hex editor and something to edit, it is really quite self explanitory. Just a bit more complicated than using a text editor, thats all. Most crack/warez sites teach you some basic hex editing.

What do you want to do specifically?
The way I learnt was, to "just do it".
It may help to be able to count in hexadecimal first though. Learning about offsets etc. may be needed if you plan on doing serious hex editing but for general stuff you can probably teach yourself.
