    I don't suppose there is a way to label the chapters and have that show during playback?

    The obvious solution seems to place that into subtitles.

    Or possibly as a logo?? You might be able to design a logo to slap on to each chapter with the text. Use any logo applicator or even virutaldub to add it to each spot you want.

    Of course a logo wouldn't be removable. A subtitle would be a better bet as you could actually deselect a subtitle.

    Subtitles are your only choice. Software that does support chapter names only does so for the convenience of the author. I don't believe the DVD spec actually allows for them.
