  1. I have a question. I have vob files, with a low quality sound(it's too quiet), but good quality video. I know that I can make the sound much better using GoldWave and than save it as WAV or MP3, but my question is; is there any kinda simple tool, that would let me, connect the new better quality audio file with the video, kinda like the way Virtual dub does, but I don't want to loose any quality, and the most important too, I want the files to stay in VOB format, so I could later make a DVD of them.

Demux the video (m2v) and audio (mp2?) from the VOB with ReJig.
Treat your audio the best you can - save as wav and/or convert to AC3 or MP2. Author as DVD with any authoring ap that handles elementary streams. (TDA, DVD-Lab & c) The video will be untouched, with your new & improved audio. VOB is not what you feed into an authoring app - it's part of the output from creating a DVD.
m2v + DVD compatible audio (WAV, AC3, MP2) is the best you can have as source material for creating a DVD.

  4. You will also have to pay attention to the bitrates used. You can't re-encode your audio with too high a bitrate if video is taking up more than its fair share. To play it safe, re-encode audio using the exact same bitrate the old audio was encoded at.

No it didn't. If all you did was to demux, the video is exactly the same.

I have vob files, with a low quality sound(it's too quiet),

It's probably just your filter. Install the AC3Filter and jack up the volume. One way is to use the "Loud" preset. There's probably nothing at all wrong with the audio if it's from a commercial DVD. Once you back it up to another DVD and play it in your player, it'll sound just fine.

Unless you also shrunk (transcoded) the video with rejig, the video is untouched, and no quality is lost. It will be exactly what it was in the VOB, just taken out of its "envelope".
Plenty of help with DVD-Lab at the developers site http://www.mediachance.com/
Why Goldwave wouldn't open VOB files after installing Rejig and DVD-Lab, I've got no idea. Didn't even know it did at all (but then, GW seems to open anything with some kind of audio so I shouldn't be surprised). What error message do you get when you try?

manono, i wish, it was only ac3 filter, but i've installed it already 3 times, and it doesn't change anything, i got more vob files, and they play normally, and with this 3 , which are a tv show riped off an official dvd, i have to put the voliume on maximum, and they are not loud enough, not as the other files, with the others, if i put them on maximum, my ears will explode.

Yes you do. As stated, demuxing does not alter the video in any way. If you see any differences before and after, you're either playing it back with different players, or the player deinterlaces VOB but not M2V or you're suffering from hallucinations!
