  1. I try to use D-Subtitler to do that but it doesn't work so well. Any idea ?

    The idea is to have the original and the translation of an opera dvd in maner to have the booklet.

    If you extract subtitles to .srt, you could open the srt file in any text editor, edit it and copy to a DTP app of choice to create a booklet.
