changing aspect ratio & audio to join in TDA

Sorry if this is a newbie question, but I'm trying to insert deleted scenes into a dvd. The movie is 16x9 with 5.1 ac3 audio. The deleted scenes are 4x3 with 2ch ac3. TDA won't add them together because the aspect and audio are different. What's the easiest GUI freeware solution (not using a dvd recorder) to convert the deleted scenes so they appear compatible with the movie?

If you add the clips to a new track in TDA it will work...but you probably want them in same track.

I don't know any easy GUI solution to convert to 5.1 ac3, maybe super or mediacoder. And you need to crop or resize the image to get correct 16:9...if you just set it 16:9 it will look stretched..
