If you are burning with Nero, open the Burning Rom module, select DVD Video as the template, then drag the contents of the Video_TS folder that ConvertXtoDVD made into the Video_TS folder in the template. The Audio_TS folder is empty, so don't worry about it. You are now ready to burn.

All you should use Nero for is burning, and yes, using that method won't alter the video at all - just burn it.
    If in doubt, Google it.

You can, but ImgBurn 2.0 would be a better option than Nero (not to mention free...)

Depending on what version of ConvertX to Dvd you have, you can burn the dvd with ConvertX to Dvd.

    If you goto Settings

    >>>>>>>Options

    >>>>>>>Burning

Make sure the Burn Result to Dvd is checked.

Are you suggesting that telling a program to burn the results of its own creation after it has finished may cause it to ditch some of the things it has just created ?
    If in doubt, Google it.

I believe the latest IMGBurn can do that for you - try https://www.videohelp.com/guides.php?guideid=921#921 .

    Or there's folder2iso, imgtools classic .... and probably a couple I've missed ....
    If in doubt, Google it.

I believe that folder2ISO is not recommended for DVD Video, but is fine for making ISO for data discs.

Nothing beats ImgTools Classic for this task.

Why make an ISO? Just use the latest IMGBurn to burn directly to disc.

There is a check box in the Authoring section of the ConvertXtoDVD to get the menu to fire first.
