Need PhotoChopping help

Need some help from fellow members of VH.

I'm trying to make some banners, but I either don't have proper software, or I cannot get a clear image small enough when I do.

It's for this game and I have this logo. I'm trying to add it or a rendition of it to any kind of US military vehicle. (IE: Abrams tank, Fighter jets, soldiers, etc.)

The catch:

It also needs to have the letters "WGO" and the name "World Gaming Order" on it. AND somewhere visible, but not very large say, "Home of the Black Tigers".

Then It has to be 400x100 in size to be displayed properly.

I've been getting crappy photos all over the internet and I just can't shrink it down. If anyone can do better, I would be more than appreciative. If you find better looking BF2 logos, please feel free to use them, or design your own.

You want WGO and World Gaming Order on the vehicle too? Or just somewhere on the banner?

@rallynavvie - I don't play BF2. It's appears when you enter the site for the WGO. It won't be a signature.

SquirrelDip, is there a way to place 'Home of the Black Tigers' somewhere on the bottom? This one is nice & clear. How do you shrink them to be that clear?

@Doramius: The Photoshop file is 800x200 - I reduced 50% when saving the jpg. Adobe does a decent job with the reduction.

Can probably lift the 'WGO' and fit 'Home of the Black Tigers' under. Just a matter of finding a font clear enough...

I'll see if I can look at it tonight (file is at home).

No problem. I looks really good. I was trying to do a Black tigers wording with black & white tiger stripes, but again, I had size issues.

Sounds like I'm not the only one. :/ At least I'm not alone.

I like it pretty much. There's no way to make the wording World Gaming Order A bit transparent for the WGO, is there? Just to see a lighter chade of red and the outline of the WGo coming through. This is great though. Thank you Much.

I actually think the fading on 2 was pretty good. Would the look be bad if the WORLD GAMING ORDER wording slid down 2mm? I wonder what would happen if WGO was on top and transparent to WORLD GAMING ORDER? Maybe I'm just messing it up.

I will say this is some pretty good stuff SquirrelDip. Thank you much. There's no way I would have been able to get it looking this good.

I'll move the "WORLD GAMING ORDER" down a couple of mill's tonight.

I actually tried the "WGO" on top but the perspective looked off (big looking back to something smaller), screws with the "Home of the Black Tigers" and scars also - looks better the way it is currently.
