    want to join to divx clips of the same movie,but they both have different audio rates, how to do this virtuAL DUB.

  2. You don't, not unless you reencode one of the audio tracks to match the other.

    Take the odd one and in VD under Audio, select 'full processing mode', then 'conversion' and adjust it to match the other file. Under 'Video', select 'Direct stream copy'. Save it with a new filename. Only the audio will be modified.

    Then they should append. VD is very particular that appended files match in all ways before appending. Just a decimal point off can cause problems. You can see the information for a video file in 'File>File information'.
