Hi,
I bought this player last year, a packard Bell DIVX350. Ever since though I have had problems with lines running down the screen, like interference lines(horizontal).
I sometimes will change a setting on the player, like from Pal to NTSC, it's ok for a while, then it comes back. So far I have ruled out everything I can think of, I also exchanged the plater. The TV it is going into is a DAEWOO 28" Widescreen.
So far I have tried:
Disconnecting everything as I have a few appliances (xbox,PS2, digi box) so there is only the player and the TV connected.
Tried another Power supply, currently is going through a surge protector, but also tried from another power supply in the house, via an extension lead.
Tried scart, video composite and S-video leads. Still no luck, and of course these all would go from different AV sockets.
My digibox also sometimes does this, but not much.
These are really the only devices that do this. The Xbox & PS2 are fine, and also the original player, a Samsung worked fine.
Any idea's? I'm pulling my hair out now with this!
Thanks in advance
