how to make a double audio video

hi I need to make a video with a double audio i have a video file with a music background but i also have a narration audio file so i want to put the two together. I have movies and other video files with double audio but i don't now how to make this can anyone help me thanks.

What are your audio and video formats? You should be able to use an audio editor and put both in there and merge or do what you like with them, then remux the new track back with the video. The freeware Audacity can use WAV, Ogg and MP3. Other audio editors in tools: https://www.videohelp.com/tools?s=18#18

There are some other all in one type programs that can do this also, but without knowing your audio/video formats, it's hard to guess.
