    Hi there,

I've created a DVD with some menus and music but I don't need any video footage. However, I have to include a video file for DVD Lab Pro to compile the project. So I'm looking for a blank mpeg file, a really small one. Can somebody please help me? If you can make one or already have one, please send it to smcgowan@gmail.com. Just a few seconds of black screen will do.

    Cheers!

Which version of DLP are you runing? Some of the versions (other than recent DLP 2.0) have small clips in the CLIPS tab.

You could also just add a slideshow with one picture in it (delete the empty movie).

    Regards,
    George

  3. Make it yourself:

    BlankClip(Width=720,Height=576,Pixel_Type="YUY2",F PS=25,Length=50)

If you haven't installed AviSynth, then do so and then create an AviSynth script file. Do it like you're creating a .txt file, but rename it BlackVideo.avs or something like that. Inside stick that one line. That's for CCE, the YUY2. If you use TMPGEnc, then change pixel type to RGB24. That'll create a 50 frame, 2 second long, PAL DVD black screen video. Adjust as necessary. You can make it only a frame or 2 if you wish. Test it out in VDub(Mod) to make sure you did it right, load it into your encoder, and create the short black-screen MPV. Takes no time at all.
