can anyone tell me whats wrong with this SyncView as I have never got it to work right yet, also when it do eventually work is there any guides on what to do

I never had much luck with it either.
What's your audio format? That may be part of the problem. Any type of VBR audio it would likely choke on. Possibly AC3 also. If it's one of those, try converting it to a WAV audio and see if that helps. I don't know of any guides, unless there is one listed with it in tools. Or you could try their website or do a Google search.

the audio is ac3 but I will try and convert to .wav then try but I think I have tried wav files b4, why cant there just be a simple tool to put out of sync audio in sync I thought this SyncView would be the ideal tool but aparenly not at the moment unless anyone out there knows of a easier tool or any other tool.

It's not an error; it's a warning. It just means the audio file (probably AC3) isn't supported for secondary audio operations. But if you look, DirectShow is ready for playback, so you can use the software for basic alignment work.
Secondary audio operations are used for the audio display (not very important) and the Wav Export tool. These operations require a WAV or MPEG audio source--nothing interleaved and no AC3.
