    Is possible to repair mpeg files?
    I got some mpeg movies, but the bitrate is poor. Any solution?

    No, you can't improve the quality by increasing the bitrate. You can add some filters but it is usually not worth the trouble.

    You can fix corrupt mpegs with videoredo.
