    hi, after compiling my project in DVDlab pro the audio is out of sync,how can I increase the bitrate from 192kbps to 448kbps?

    You can't without re-encoding it, it would change the quality at all, and it won't fix the sync issue. The first thing that jumps out is that you have an almost 4 minute different between the running time of the video and the running time of the audio. You need to work out where this difference comes from.

    What was the source ?
    How did you encode it ?
    Did you encode audio and video seperately ?

    You could also try using the delay option in DLP to get thing back in sync.

    ok the video is from a NTSC dvd and the audio is from a PAL dvd .
