Batch dvd conversions

Hi

I'm looking for a way to convert a lot (5000+) of dvd's to mpeg 1.
We have 6 computers with digital rapids DRC-500 cards in them but we have to capture every dvd in realtime this way.
So when we're not in (at night etc) the work stops.

Is there any way we can have a system with 10 DVD players in it that ripps them all to mpeg 1 in batch?
And if it's possible even with a picture overlay. (we have to add a logo to the movies)

Any options will be greatly appreciated

You can do a bat file using mencoder that rips directly to mpeg1 from the dvd. Or use a gui for mencoder like super, mediacoder.
