dts 2 ac3

i recently acquired a movie that has 2 audio streams .main movie stream is dts and commentary is ac3. oh and this is a avi. ive been trying a couple tools to turn the dts to ac3 with no luck. i used vdubmod to demux the dts. i tried besweet gui to turn into ac3,no luck. i tried foobar but couldnt get ffmpeg to load in it. where do i go from here? hypercube said the dts track wasnt ripped right. a point in the right direction would be cool. thanks in advanced.

i just want 2 channel stereo.
