Hi Everyone!
My goal is to get the best screencaps possible from my ripped DVD. I always use DVD Decryptor and avi.NET to get great AVI's from my DVD's but I believe that I could get even better screencaps when capturing from the uncompressed AVI? Therefore I need some tips on an easy way to render the VOB into a non-compressed AVI to get best video quailty and thus best screencaps. I have a lot of room on my PC so don't worry about storage. I'm using Frameshots to grab my screens.
Thank!

I believe that taking screen shots directly from the vobs is as good as it will get. Converting to lossless avi will not improve the quality of the frame captured.

PowerDVD has a "snapshot" function too.
If you really want an uncompressed AVI, just load the VOB in VirtualdubMod, and save as uncompressed.
