VOB > WMV; Out of Sync

Is there any reason why my audio and video from VOB go out of sync? I'm using WinAVI converter to convert and I tried messing with the settings but no luck...

Also, is there a way to get the program Super to have WMA as an option for audio codec or if there's another program that can do it? Because Super can convert my VOB files to WMV without sync, but my PMP won't let me add the movie because I think since the audio codec is MP3, it won't allow it.
