    The conversion worked perfect with a newer version of php, even though it took around 12 hours to convert. .

    They take care of that quickly & let you know when updates are needed. Still, scripts can register on my board. So I have 4400 registered users of those, about 4334 are spam scripts registrants.

    Another thing is that phpbb doesnt let me restore a backup over 1 meg I think it is. So my ISP has to do it.

    I haven't tried it through the admin panel but that is most likely a php or server limit that is preventing it.

    If it's only a meg or two use phpmydamin or if its really big use bigdump. http://www.ozerov.de/bigdump.php
