Rip the full disc. Drag the VIDEO_TS to Toast with "DVD video from VIDEO_TS selected as the format in the Video window. Do not choose any options. Insert the single-layer disc and click the burn button. Toast will requantize the video to fit the disc and include all content from the VIDEO_TS folder including all menus.

Frobozz, sorry but in fact i need to put 4 VIDEO-TS (one for each menu/episode), and 'video from VIDEO_TS' just accept only one VIDEO_TS at a time. Is there a way to do it?
thanks,

yeesh, what is this from? A standalone DVD Recorder?
A factory disc would have one menu and would navigate and play
the VOBs correspondingly.
Your best bet, rip each recorded disc to a central location with MTR.
Then, mux (join) the four Video TS folders from the central location
using DVD2ONEX 2.05. You'll be doing the "join multiple VIDEO TS"
feature. Unfortunately, it will only grab the Main Feature from each
VIDEO _TS, and make them play back2back.
What you're wanting, you would have to re-author a DVD to give
you seperate Menus that then navigate to specific VOB streams.
For that, the only way I know is Final Cut Pro and DVDSP."Everyone has to learn, so that they can one day teach."

When I'm not here, Where can I be found?

You cannot retain the existing menus from multiple VIDEO_TS folders when authoring a new video DVD. You must create a new menu (or have no menu at all).
Toast will let you extract the MPEGs from each VIDEO_TS folder by using the Toast Media Browser. Choose Save as Disc Image to author the new DVD and then use the Fit-to-DVD feature in the Copy window to requantize the disc image to fit a single-layer disc (presuming it's possible to compress that much). -
You can extract the menus from your DVDs using Cinematize 2 Pro. You could presumably then use those menus to author your new DVDs to have the same menus as the originals. Naturally, you would have to set up the buttons again in your authoring software when making the new DVDs.
