Ok i made a test DVD with DVDLab, i encountered several issues:
#1. Main Menu has a still background and i placed a .wav background music, but when you play the DVD the menu Jitters or "Jumps" in ticks of 1 second, audio plays fine.
#2. One movie recorded with no audio, DVDLab asks me to use same kind of audio files but i only used the following:
2 WAVs for menu
1 Mpeg2 movie that was processed in Video Studio 10
1 The movie that was recorded with no audio is an MPEG2 converted from a VOB using VOB2MPEG2
Do i need to convert all the audio to AC3 including menu WAV files so that the project burns with all the audio?
please help T_T

For footage (or menus) to be in the same VTS (Video TitleSet) then must have the same features - video format, resolution, audio format. If they do not, then the must be put into different VTS's.
In your case, either put the silent movie into a different VTS, or make sure it has the same audio as the other assets. It may well be that is has mpeg1-layer2 audio or AC3, even though there is nothing on the soundtrack. G-spot can confirm what is in the mpg file.
As for the main menu jitters - haven't seen that one before, however things to check include the duration of th emenu itself. It should be set to a/v to match the audio track.Read my blog here.
