    The site has a avatar gallery. If you click on your profile, you can browse the gallery.

    I just find or make an Avatar out of an existing Image, just resize to the Correct size Upload and you have an Avatar.

    Mine was made with the camera in my Macbook Pro then just cropped and resized.

    You would need a graphics editing program of some sort.

    or you can try a tool for making your avatars from video or cartoons- Video Avatar, i like to make animated ones- they are really worthwhile being posted!
