    Hi! I want to make subtitles for a video from the scratch. I mean, this video is not hardsubbed. This means I am gonna have to synchronize all the lines and then translate it.

    Well, translate isn't a problem. I want to know what is the best method to get the times where each subtitle begins. I want to know how you people do it.

    I heard something about a program called SubSync. Is it the best way?
