I created a DVD file using Video Studio 10 on my XP system. It created the folder and the VOB files as expected. Later I switched over to the W2K system because I had other apps on it I needed to use and I launched VS from the W2K system and tried to capture the video file that was made on the XP system. Wouldn't load. VS issued an error message with some error code saying it couldn't read the files. I tried using other video apps, like DVD Shrink to load up the file and it too complained about not being able to load the files.
However, on XP, DVD Shrink had no problem loading the files.
Is there something that when VS creates a DVD file on XP it becomes an invalid file for W2K?
Anyone know anything about this?
