    I'm using gspot to have information about videos.but I have a problem.
    the problem is that: in some videos gspot doesn't say anything about sde (w x
    but in some videos it gives information. why? and what is sde? (if someone helps me I will be very happy. I'm using v.2.52 beta version of gspot)

    you could try other identifiers like mediainfo.

    "SDE values indicate the precise borders of between the active and black matted areas". That from the Gspot author. Apperently refers to the size of a actual video frame inside a letterboxed frame if I read the posts right. Only seems to come up on a DVD in the extras. Not something you would see very commonly.
